The Employers shall identify the Students / job seekers by government issued identity proof and hire or engage with them at their own risk. Quantum ITES Pvt Ltd or ampmjobs.in is not responsible or liable for any kind of damage or outward incidents during the process of hiring or during their engagement with the Employer.

The Students or Job seekers agree and undertake that in an event of any kind of accident during their travel or at work, Quantum ITES Pvt Ltd & ampmjobs.in are not liable for such damages or expense in any kind or form.

All expenses, benefits, or medical expenses arising during their travel or at work at the Employer location shall be borne by the Employer

The Employer is solely responsible for the payment of monies to the hired resources that are selected from ampmjobs.in platform. The Quantum ITES Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the understanding or agreed charges payable to the Students / jobseekers. Hence no claim will be entertained in any form.
